Sign in and approve this PC

Sarastar signs in through your web browser, so your password never goes into the app. You approve each PC once.

Sign in

1. Open Sarastar. The Account page shows Sign in to design.
2. Choose Sign in with your browser. Your browser opens the Sarastar sign-in page.
3. Sign in with Continue with Microsoft or Continue with Google, using the email address your invitation was sent to.
4. The page Sign in to Sarastar on this PC shows your account and the PC's name. Check them, then choose Approve this PC.
5. The page says You're signed in. Go back to Sarastar: it finishes signing in by itself, and you can close the tab.

While Sarastar waits it shows Waiting for your browser…. If you closed the tab by mistake, choose Open browser again.

How long you stay signed in

• Sarastar stays signed in on that PC and refreshes your licence in the background.
• It needs to go online at least once every 30 days. If you'll be offline for longer, see Work offline.
• If you don't use Sarastar on a PC for 90 days, sign in again.

Something went wrong

You see	What to do
Sign-in was not completed	Start again from Sarastar. The request lasts 5 minutes.
The PC was not approved	You chose Cancel. Start again from Sarastar if you meant to approve it.
This licence is already active on 2 PCs	Deactivate a PC you no longer use, then sign in again. See PCs and sign-ins.
Sarastar is invite-only during the alpha	Your email address doesn't have an invitation. Check you used the address it was sent to, or contact us.
