Sites
Group a company's people and seats by mine or office, and let site managers look after their own.
Sites let a company split its people and seats by mine, project or office. They're optional: a company with one location doesn't need them.
Add a site
- Open Sites in the company's sidebar.
- Choose Add site and give it a name and location.
To change it later, choose Edit name and location…. A site you no longer use can be deactivated with Deactivate… and brought back with Reactivate.
Who sees what
- Owners and admins see every site.
- Site managers give out their site's seats and see its people and usage.
- Members see only their own sites.
Choose a person's sites when you add them, or later by opening their row on People. To make someone a site manager, open their row and set their role at that site to Manager.
Seats and sites
A seat can belong to one site or to Any site. On Licences, choose Change site… on a seat to move it.
